Account Manager - RCNA (Fermented Beverages)

Ravago is looking for a passionate and experienced Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving sales of our Fermented Beverage customers in the Central & South Coast (Temecula Valley support) regions. The ideal candidate resides in Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, or Monterey, CA. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue goals.
• Identify and qualify new leads and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in wineries, breweries and cideries.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products to potential and existing customers.
• Provide technical support and answer customer inquiries regarding product application, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., oenology, viticulture, food science) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales within the wine industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the winemaking process and the technical challenges faced by wineries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and develop trust.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
