Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for managing projects and contracts? We are seeking a dynamic Program Specialist to administer customer contracts and ensure seamless project execution. From contract acceptance to warranty expiration, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute program management on assigned projects.
  • Maintain Oracle sales orders and projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Administer program documents, submittals, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Coordinate vendor drawings and data submissions, expediting approvals to support production schedules.
  • Assist the Program Manager with contract compliance and financial issues.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve project requirements aligned with company goals.
  • Participate in customer visits and meetings to review contract status and resolve specification issues.
  • Analyze customer orders, specifications, and expectations, ensuring alignment with contractual terms.
  • Coordinate with third-party quality and test agencies as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through continuous learning and development.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or engineering; or Associate’s degree with 3 years of contract administration or project management experience.
  • Proficiency in project management techniques, including planning, budget control, and resource management.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid business acumen and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office software.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to interact with customers.
  • Experience with Oracle or related ERP software preferred.
  • Technical proficiency in French, German, or Danish is advantageous.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
