Accounts Payable Specialist

KI has an opening for an full-time Accounts Payable Specialist at its Corporate Office in Green Bay. The organization takes pride in its culture of trust, communication, partnership, continuous improvement, and personal and professional development and is seeking a like-minded individual to join the Finance team.

This position provides transactional and operational support of accounts payable, including but not limited to; preparing and vouching invoices, monitoring approval levels and remitting weekly payments. In addition to these activities, this role participates in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of accounts payable experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
