The Card Production Team is a critical component of operations responsible for providing print and data services for our clients. We manage projects from design inception to delivery with a focus on quality, speed to market, and on-time delivery. The successful candidate will be able to support all aspects of this process with a focus on the front-end design steps.


As a Card Design Coordinator, you will:
Help support gift card programs for large retailers and multi-national customers.
Preflight artwork by troubleshooting files for art or print issues.
Coordinate proofing activity with internal teams of production mangers and account managers.
Place customer-supplied art files into dielines/templates, and provide specifications and artwork to thevendor for proofing.

ommunicate with print partners to guarantee final output matches customer expectation.
Coordinate schedules to ensure proofing turn times are met.
Evaluate proofs and ink drawdowns from vendors to confirm accuracy for all specifications and color.
Catalog printed samples.
Archive client artwork.


We are looking for someone who:
Is creative and deadline driven.
Thrives on collaboration and teamwork.
Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple projects in a fun, fast paced environment.
Is savvy with Adobe Creative Suite for PC (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
Understands commercial print terminology.
Has experience in the print industry.
