Janitorial Site Supervisors- 3rd Shift

The Budd Group is seeking experienced Janitorial Site Supervisors for a College campus in the Downtown area of Charleston.

Hours and Days: Sunday-Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Location: Charleston, SC (Downtown - parking FREE after 6:00 PM)

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 (Pay will be determined solely on experience)

Restrictions: Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours. Must be able to walk/stand on city sidewalks. Position will require bending, stooping, crouching, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to do up and down stairs in buildings with no elevators.

Job Description: The Site Supervisor/Lead Person's duties include general cleaning, pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, and other cleaning duties as assigned by the Account Manager. Also includes: supervising employees, coordinating with employees to complete special tasks, assisting the Account Manager or Operations Manager in ensuring buildings are cleaned per the Scope.

Position Responsibilities: Includes any or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• The Site Supervisor trains new employees
• Helps the Operations Manager resolve employee and customer issues
• Assigns tasks to workers and inspects completed work
• Oversees and follows up on safety requirements with new employees including site-specific training
• Performs the duties of workers they supervise, if needed
• Site inspections
  

Requirements: Must have 1 year minimum of janitorial. Candidates with hospital or hotel cleaning a major plus. Must have Supervisor/Management/Key Holder or verified Leadership abilities
