Key Purpose Statement

•    Develop leads, establish, and maintain business relationships with prospective and current Commercial GPO partners to build profitable sales for the company.
•    Provide leadership, strategic, and tactical direction on qualified opportunities with Division Sales Teams & GPO Account Managers
•    Direct GPO Program Implementation and program compliance in Commercial segments.
•    Exercise sound judgment and oversight to ensure integrity and compliance with all Federal, State, and Local Regulations as well as company and GPO Policies

Outputs (Goals) and Accountabilities


a.    Build and maintain key contacts and liaison with GPO Corporate contacts.

•    Qualify for prospective opportunities with Division sales leadership.
•    Coordinate response to GPO RFP's
•    Engage with legal counsel

b.  Plan and develop effective sales presentations to key decision makers.
c.  Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key customers

•    Expedite the resolution of customer opportunities and challenges

d.    Promote company's customer solutions and technology platforms.

•    Including but not limited to direct order entry and business intelligence solutions

e.  Provide executive Ben E. Keith leadership with oral and written reports on GPO program activities, opportunities, challenges, and solutions
f.   Complete ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as requested

 

Managerial Duties

•    Provide leadership and strategic/tactical direction with Division sales teams and General Office GPO Account Managers
•    Provide Divisions with training on GPO implementation and compliance guidelines.
•    Demonstrate an understanding of GPO legal agreements and the ability to educate Division sales teams and customers on compliance to GPO agreements.
•    Develop and align Divisions for specific programs, products, and services in support of GPO supply chain initiatives.

 

Competency Requirements


•    Exhibit an expert understanding of the sales process.
•    Ability to develop collaborative relationships with sales, marketing, purchasing, and operations.
•    Highly motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
•    Position will be located in Fort Worth - Ben E Keith General Office    
•    Efficient and clear communication skills, effective organizational and time management skills
•    Must be able to travel 25% to 40% of the time.
•    Must have a valid State Driver’s License
•    Must pass a background check and drug screen.
•    Competent in the use of Office 365 - Word, Excel, Outlook, and Business Intelligence tools.
