We are looking for a Benefits Coordinator to join our team.

What You’ll Do

 

  • Respond to team member inquiries related to their benefits enrollments, claims or leave administration
  • Assist with the administration of medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, workers compensation and other benefit programs
  • Coordinate with third party administrator and team members for FMLA and other leaves of absence
  • Assist with the team member onboarding related to benefits as well as coordination of our COBRA administrator
  • Assist with compliance processes for PPACA and annual filings of 5500 etc.
  • Run, review and reconcile monthly bills for benefits vendors and submit for payment

 

 

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelors degree in HR or Business preferred
  • One (1) year experience in benefits administration or HR administration role required
  • One (1) year experience in leave management preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office, entering data or processing information required
