We are looking for a Senior Telecommunications Engineer to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Planning, Execution, and Support of the migrationfrom legacy phone systems to the standardized platform

• Administration and support of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) systems
• Provides Tier 3 support troubleshooting of complex flows and routes
• Utilizes API endpoints to automate and streamline management of standardized telecommunications services
• Intermediate to Advanced Experience with TalkDesk and G12
• Oversees service and support to Voice over Internet Protocol, Private Branch Exchange, Session Initiation Protocol and Transmission Control Protocol systems

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology preferred
• Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting cloud-based telephony systems required
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
• Intermediate understanding of Active Directory and networking required
• Basic knowledge of Application Programming Interface preferred
• Basic knowledge of Exchange or O365 preferred
