OAK Property Management, Senior Marketing Manager


POSITION SUMMARY

As an OAK (Owned and Operated Assets of KOA) Marketing Coordinator, you will gain experience in local marketing and work in fields such as digital marketing, market analysis, business analysis, agency management and campaign management. Through the successful implementation of specified marketing efforts, the Marketing Coordinator will support the OAK Marketing team in generating additional camper nights and revenue through local and brand efforts for KOA, Inc. Owned and Operated Assets.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES

  • Database Marketing: Storage, organization, and segmentation of property database.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in facilitating campaign execution with support in email marketing, digital marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Social Media Management: Coordinate approval of social posts and photo library management
  • Market Analysis: Supports marketing team by providing data and market trends.
  • Business Analysis: Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Organizing third-party providers and vendors to deliver elements that can’t be produced in-house.
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and other project users to gauge guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate local marketing efforts to drive camper nights and drive revenue for select campgrounds.

EXPECTED RESULTS

  • Attainment of targets for specified projects.  Targets will be based on priorities set for position by Marketing Director of Company Owned Properties and the Regional Marketing Managers.  
  • Delivery of projects within defined budget and timeline with the ongoing goal of moving towards positive financial improvement.
  • Development of a collaborative and team focused style while working closely within both the OAK and Marketing departments.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Four-year college degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of Marketing or related work experience.
  • Works well independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Experience with and knowledge of email, web and social media marketing.
  • Comfortable with technology, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and photo and video applications.
  • Able to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Has a valid Driver’s License

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Able to lift 25 pounds
