Position:                                    Group Ticket Sales Coordinator

Department:                              Ticket Sales & Services

Reporting Relationship:           Reports to the Director of Ticket Sales & Services

Status:                                        Full-Time (Exempt)

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue for Carolina Panthers Ticket Sales through various Group Ticket initiatives
  • Generate sales through cold calling, referral gathering, and networking
  • Effectively and efficiently sell group tickets to previous group and single game ticket buyers
  • Generate new leads and research new ways to sell tickets, remain up to date on best practices
  • Assist with the development and growth of Group Ticket Executive(s)
  • Assist with creation and execution of group experience ideas and programs, including planning events or theme nights, community groups, etc.
  • Assist internal departments (Community Relations, Partnership, and Marketing) with creating and executing group sales initiatives
  • Meet and exceed group sales objectives while supporting a culture of high productivity
  • Assist (as needed) in the development, coordination and implementation of game day activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
  • Update customer records in CRM to document all appropriate details and information
  • Work with Ticket Operations to ensure all accounts are current on payment and ticket delivery
  • Assist in determining and implementing enhancement programs for current customers to ensure year over year retention as well as locate incremental revenue opportunities
  • Assist in selling single game tickets, PSLs, Corporate Hospitality and Suites as needed

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the overall success & goals of the Ticket Office
  • Assist with all functions of the Ticket Office including, but not limited to, ticket sales, service, and operations
  • Administrative duties including filing, answering phones, and providing support to other departments
  • Other duties as assigned by Department Leadership

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of ticket sales experience at the collegiate or professional level
  • Must be flexible and available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
