Job Overview
 

The Manager of Supplier Growth should embody strong leadership characteristics and be an innovative thinker. They will be responsible for tasks related to leading, motivating and inspiring their teams to achieve their assigned monthly quotas, dedicated to customer satisfaction, employee development and integrity. 


They will also serve as a liaison with other departments, to include maintaining open and concise communication with Buyers, Suppliers, and teammates.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple Growth Team Leaders focused on executing sales strategies that assist in attaining overall revenue goals;
  • Communicating business objectives to front line leaders to ensure overall alignment with our company vision and strategy
  • Handle daily operations of Supplier Growth by monitoring performance dashboards, reporting and departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Hold individual and team leadership meetings, as well as attend company meetings across multiple departments in order to communicate impact to the Director of Supplier Growth
  • Drive operational excellence through an accurate hiring plan and leveraging data to recognize trends and improve business across all areas
  • Develop and execute quarterly goals of high impact to the department and organization  
  • Provide a professional, informative and personable experience for clients
  • Grow and cultivate career plans for Team Leaders and front-line Specialists
  • Coach and mentor Team Leaders and provide direction as necessary

Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of leadership experience managing front line Leaders
  • Proven track record of achieving organizational goals through tactical planning and execution
  • Exceptionally passionate about growing leaders and helping others succeed
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined with a dedicated work ethic
  • Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong proficiency in the use of computer software programs including Microsoft
  • Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook are essential
  • Strong relationship building and sales leadership, combined with technical aptitude

Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM tool
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Ring Central telephony system
