As a TCA, the ability and desire to work cooperatively with others on the team. Exercises sound judgement when making decisions and takes responsibility and ownership when necessary and demonstrate the ability to implement alternative solutions to assist during difficult and complex situations. Prioritize, prepare, plan and execute daily assignments.
