eCommerce Fulfillment Analyst

SUMMARY: Collects, analyzes, and monitors data to support E-Commerce KPI’s to ensure strong customer experiences. Evaluates and maintains product catalog and data accuracy. Acquire product information to grow eCommerce presence and conduct market research to validate competitive advantage.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Maintain and coordinate E-Commerce product catalog initiatives
    • Acquire product information to grow presence in eCommerce markets
    • Evaluate competitors and alternative markets to discover new opportunities
    • Identify new sources of supply, including additional cross reference information and vehicle application data 
  • Utilize data to develop E-Commerce KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
    • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
    • Capture trends in sales data to proactively capitalize on market movements
    • Implement and develop strategies to assist with achieving business development goals
  • Assist and drive E-Commerce revenue growth
    • Conduct market research to validate pricing strategies
    • Identify key areas for improvement, such as audience, acquisition, behavior and conversions
    • Gather sales, rankings, customer reviews and evaluate other competitive sales outlets
    • Perform other analysis as needed to support eCommerce growth
  • Other duties as assigned

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
    • or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge of vlookups, pivot tables and reporting functions
  • Problem solving and analytical skills

 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to learn distribution model in automotive sector
  • Data preparation and visualization
  • Ability to work independently remotely
