Product Data Coordinator

SUMMARY

The Product Data Coordinator compiles trading card production data to create detailed product specification documents. The position works closely with the Product Content and Product Development Teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.

• Compiles and organizes production data from multiple source documents.
• Builds detailed product specification documents using collected data.
• Performs additional supporting tasks for Product Content team when necessary.

INTERACTION

• Collaborates with the Product Manager and Associate Content Manager to create accurate, highly-detailed production documents.
• Interfaces with the Pre-Production Team to confirm accuracy of production data
• Works with Project Management and Creative Departments as required

EDUCATION/YEARS EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• 1+ year experience in document control.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple, high-priority projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor; team player. Ability to interface with internal parties at all levels.
• Passion for either sports or Marvel is highly preferred.
• Some familiarity with trading cards, or a willingness to learn is preferred.
• Ability to maintain flexible work hours, working overtime as needed.
