Under general direction is responsible for but not limited to the support and growth of profitable revenue of the domestic and international national account and RMC household goods business lines, the growth of Global Sales and corporate initiatives and provide support to the agency family sales efforts related to the corporate market. Maintains a positive business relationship with Client, Transportation Service Providers, Relocation Service Providers and/or agent(s), addressing specific operational concerns and resolving disputes related to all aspects of household goods (domestic and international shipments) shipments and relocation services. Works closely with Client move managers, Client management team, and UniGroup Global Sales management.   

The work location for this role is flexible if approved by UniGroup except this position may not be performed remotely from Colorado. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Interacts with existing customers in a consultative role to maintain business relationships with clients/accounts.  
  • Stay abreast of industry trends.  
  • Meets regularly with Client management to solidify and expand relationships.   
  • Provide feedback and process improvement suggestions to Home Office, via regular and consistent communication.   
  • Prepares and present reports and performance metrics on a routine basis. 
  • Performs special projects as assigned, including light travel as needed. 
  • Responsible for presentations to corporate accounts.   
  • Visits corporate accounts to solidify and expand existing relationships. 
  • Provides regular reports to management regarding activities and suggested strategies.   
  • Represents the company and core values with accounts and agents as well as at events. 
  • Performs a variety of other duties as assigned.   


Education, License or Certification:  

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing or equivalent experience.  
  • Certified Relocation Professional (Worldwide ERC). 


  • 3-5 years in account management
