Angel Tree Donor Coordinator - Dallas
Works with regional Community Relations Directors in communicating with donors about adopting Angels. Makes sure all donors have all information and necessary items to fulfill their adoption of Angels in a timely and efficient manner for pick up and return of gifts.

Communicates with donors about adopting Angels.
Assist in assigning of Angels to donors in TSAMM.
Coordinates/manages the preparation of Angel orders for donors.
Communicate and coordinate the pick-up of Angel orders with donors.
Assist with Client Interviewing/Database entry.
Other Angel Tree related duties assigned throughout the season.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or G.E.D; some college.
any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of The Salvation Army.
Knowledge of donor relations/ methods and practices.
Ability to follow instructions and work with limited supervision.
Ability to prepare accurate and complete records and reports.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with Corporate/Civic/Church leaders.
Ability to communicate effectively and equip donors with needed information in Angel adoptions.
MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
Ability to meet attendance requirements.
Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.
Duties are usually performed seated. Sitting may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of standing or walking.
Extensive amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.) 75-80% of work time.
Work is performed in both a normal office environment and adjacent large warehouse facility.
