Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to perform general maintenance and cleaning activities for buildings and grounds. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read and communicate the English language. Ability to exert the physical energy required to performing housekeeping and minor maintenance work. Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, and climbing. Work is performed in a normal office environment with some exposure to outdoor temperatures, dirt and dust, and/or disagreeable sights and odors.
Education and Experience:
No formal education or experience required, however, six months experience performing general housekeeping duties, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Health insurance provided the first of the month following 90 days of employment
Vacation, Sick, and Holiday pay available
Weekly work schedule is 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday
Approved background check report required
