About this opportunity:

Provides a variety of cleaning duties and maintains the building to ensure the upkeep, neatness, and cleanliness of the same on a daily basis.

What we are looking for in you:

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.

AND

• Six months experience performing general janitorial and general maintenance duties

OR

• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Duties are performed standing and requires squatting, climbing, bending and walking. Any of the preceding duties may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of sitting. Extensive amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying moderately heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) frequently. Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environment with exposure to dirt, dust, disagreeable sights and/or odors, and various temperatures.
