JOB PURPOSE:
The Operations Supervisor oversees para-professional support of Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and center operations. The Operations Supervisor must possess a comprehensive knowledge, experience, and understanding of MedwiseRx operations and operational software, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and resource consultant to organizational members and end-users, as well as supporting MedwiseRx leadership by providing requested recommendations and information for operational decision-making. |

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D.; Preferred: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an approved and accredited college or university.
EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 2 years in customer service, healthcare, or other relevant experience.
- Experience leading the development of and/or roll out of a key business initiative and/or program.
- Preferred Pharmacy and/or call center management experience.
- Preferred experience in Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
LICENSING/CERTIFICATION:
- Preferred a Pharmacy Technician license in good standing with the respective state pharmacy licensing board or must pursue licensure within the first 6 months of employment.
- PTCB and/or EXCPT is required
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Ability to motivate employees, resolve issues, and make difficult decisions
- Advanced skills and understanding of computer software, healthcare systems and programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: specifically, MS Excel.
- Advanced skills and understanding in utilizing organizational systems, programs, and software.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through written, verbal, and interpersonal skills as applied when interacting with employees, clients, or agency representatives; successfully conveying and exchanging information in a positive manner.
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and projects, meeting deadlines and budget constraints in a dynamic business environment.
- Proficient understanding of Medication Therapy Management operations and software programs preferred.
