The Corporate Bookkeeper will perform a variety of accounting duties under established policies and procedures, and focus on supporting the monthly financial close. Computerized software programs (NetSuite, Excel, FloQast, etc.) will be utilized to perform assigned duties and responsibilities.

The position will support the Accounting Team at Tabula Rasa HealthCare, Inc. and subsidiaries. The position will be based in the Moorestown, NJ office and report to the Senior Accountant. A hybrid work arrangement is available.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day accounting duties including preparation of journal entries and other transactions in the NetSuite accounting system, and preparation of account balance reconciliation schedules.
  • Maintain daily cash activity reconciliations.
  • Review employee expense reports and corporate credit card statements for proper general ledger coding and preparation of credit card statement reconciliations.
  • Assist the Accounting team in preparation of financial reports and performing analysis.
  • Assist the Accounting team with delivering internal audit and external auditor requests.
  • Assist with review of accounts payable and accounts receivable general ledger coding.
  • Other projects as assigned.

EDUCATION: H.S. degree or equivalent is required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, in a financial field is preferred.



  • 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.


  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
  • Detail oriented and savvy with mathematical calculations.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Comfortable to learn and utilize new technology.
  • High degree of ownership for projects, a sense of urgency and strong follow-through.
  • Must be positive, friendly and professional.
