The Website Administrator will act as the front line of defense for production issues, oversee updates to our website to ensure content cleanliness, accuracy, and relevance, and manage internal communications related to changes and updates on the website. Additionally, they will support the Digital Product team as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Update product information, imagery, and online spec sheets.
Manage and update marketing content for online campaigns.
Act as the first line of defense for production issues.
Respond to issues and questions about the site from internal and external users.
Coordinate internal trainings and feedback sessions.
Create and share information about system changes, outages, etc.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
Data first mentality with the ability to retrieve and use data to solve problems.
Responsive, and able to adapt to an everchanging environment.
Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continuous improvement.
Organized, with strong documentation skills.
Understand and keep pace with the update frequency of dynamic digital content.
Able to efficiently manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Solutions-oriented problem solver, highly analytical and strategic thinker.
Strong project management skills.
Can clearly, accurately, and concisely explain new features or changes to the site; can articulate roadblocks when they arise.
Embraces teamwork within the digital team and across departments to gather content and information that needs to be uploaded to the site.
Able to manage their own time and projects according to urgency and impact of their work.
Innate desire to want to grow and learn from those around them, open to coaching and willing to provide feedback to others.
