As a division of the Guest & Member Relations Department, the Game Day Staff is responsible for providing world-class customer service to the guests of Raymond James Stadium. Team members are committed to creating memories that last a lifetime by delivering the premier stadium experience in sports & entertainment.

 

Core Functions:

  • Provide support to GMR Premium Associate team to maximize Member retention and delivery of world-class customer service
  • Assist the GMR Premium team to ensure the prompt resolution of issues and concerns to drive member devotion, including occasional outbound and inbound calls, e-mails, and in-person meetings, processing payments, relocation requests, account transfers, address changes, ticketing issues, and any other account related duties for Premium Members.
  • Assist with Premium Member event planning & coordination
  • Assist in the development and execution of Premium Member communication, including but not limited to renewal collateral, event communication and gameday communication
  • Assist in creating contracts, amendments and addendums associated with Premium accounts
  • Create reports and presentations from Arcthics & SalesForce data
  • Manage ordering & inventory of GMR merchandise/gifting
  • Manage department purchasing process including submission and tracking or purchase orders
  • Facilitate all department mailings including HOF / Suite Event mailings and annual Ticket Delivery
  • Responsible for set-up of all GMR areas at games and events and upkeep of member areas at the stadium
  • Oversee the ticket processing of Luxury Suite, Hall of Fame Club, Champions Lounge & Legends Suite ticket orders for ticketed, non-Buccaneers events at Raymond James Stadium
  • Assist with walk-throughs of the Luxury Suites and Hall of Fame Clubs before events
  • Work non-Buccaneers events at Raymond James Stadium in either the Luxury Suites, Hall of Fame Clubs, Champions Lounge & Legends Suite
  • Assist with management of part-time Gameday Staff in Premium spaces for non-Buccaneers events
  • Work closely with Catering Company to review summary of orders on a per event basis
  • Compile and distribute event manifests to our partners at Raymond James Stadium
  • Perform gameday responsibilities as assigned
  • All other duties as assigned by manager

 

Skills & Abilities

  • Proven experience using relationship based selling skills over the phone, through writing, and in-person communication channels
  • A passion for building relationships with people and natural customer service instincts
  • A positive and resilient team centric attitude with a professional demeanor
  • Advanced time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

   Experience & Education

  • A Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience
  • Two to three years of customer service, retention, sales or marketing experience

   Technical Knowledge

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop preferred
  • Experience with Ticketmaster Archtics and Salesforce CRM Experience preferred

 

Work Environment

The Company is a professional, fast paced, creative business environment.  Other environment conditions:

  • Required to work all Buccaneers home games, training, non-Buccaneers Events and some off-season events; may have to work occasional holidays; extended evening, weekend work hours sometimes required. Clock-in time is typically five (5) hours before kick-off
  • Walking, Sitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods of time
  • Lifting more than 20 pounds is occasionally required
