  • Conduct job analysis, job documentation and job evaluation based on compensation philosophy for new and restructured jobs using market pricing methodologies and tools and maintain compensation structures in MarketPay (Comp System) and Ceridian Dayforce (HRIS)
  • Conduct audits and analysis on job offers & trends to facilitate coaching/feedback to HR business partner team to ensure internal & external equity
  • Provide implementation and administration support of software modules that enhance compensation function capability (e.g. base pay structure, job descriptions, incentive plan management, recognition)
  • Administration of incentive plans w/ creation & implementation of letters
  • Create various compensation analyses of internal and external pay data and recommend actions
  • Conduct FLSA analysis as needed on identified jobs
  • Keeps pulse on compensation competitiveness, current market trends, internal and external pay equity and proposes changes
  • Support Annual Pay Review process with system set up, testing, training, preparation & data analysis for final executive review and approval


  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business, Finance, Math, Statistics, or related field required
  • Ability to tell a meaningful story from analyzed data
  • Ability to package analysis in a coherent manner with a business perspective
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive data confidentially
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to effectively analyze data, create models, reports, and metrics
  • CCP or GRP coursework preferred
  • 2+ years of compensation experience in a multi-state corporate environment with 1,000+ FTE
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting job analysis and evaluation
  • Experience with market pricing and market-based pay structures
  • Sales compensation experience is preferred
  • Incentive design experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel Knowledge - Comfortable with daily use of charts, vlookup, and pivot tables required (index, match, and macros highly preferred)
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • HRIS experience. SAP/Ceridian preferred
