Ross Video powers video production for billions of global viewers daily with the industry’s widest range of smart production solutions. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources team as an HR Talent Acquisition Partner.

 

Working as a member of the Ross Video Talent Acquisition team, the HR Talent Acquisition Partner plays an essential role in ensuring we attract and retain the talented individuals we require for our global organization. The Talent Acquisition Partner collaborates closely with managers to source, interview, hire, and onboard new Ross team members.

What the job is all about:

  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop, champion, and lead proactive talent attraction strategies and processes.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates to garner interest and assess suitability for Ross Video.
  • Identify opportunities to promote Ross Video as an employer of choice amongst designated groups and foster positive relationships with the applicable communities.
  • Represent the organization positively to candidates and external stakeholders, promoting its values, culture, and opportunities; participate in recruitment events.
  • Maintain effective recruitment technology, processes, and related tools so that service delivery is optimized.
  • Other duties as required.

 

Who you are:

 

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline, and/or equivalent work experience in an HR team.
  • Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition/Sourcing or HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a high-tech environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization, including Senior Management.
  • Ability to deal with confidential information with a high degree of diplomacy.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships based on credibility and trust.
  • Organized and very detail orientated but also able to see the big picture.
  • Strong-working knowledge of MS-Office; familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce an asset.

 

This position is a hybrid role based in the Greater Ottawa Area and requires being present in the Ottawa office one day per week.
