FT/ AON Weekend Direct Support Professional (DSP)

**** $500.00 Sign-On Bonus ****

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work a AON WEEKEND SHIFT providing hands on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. You will assist with personal hygiene, cooking, and cleaning.

This position is Friday, Saturday & Sunday 11pm-9am (Working with females).

Paid trainings, including CPR/First Aid and opportunities to obtain Med Tech Certification!

DSP’s assist with creating opportunities for individuals to live full and productive lives by:

Cultivating and expanding independent living skills and implementing strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goals.

Eligible candidates must have a high school degree/GED and a current driver’s license with less than three points on the driving record.

**** $500 Bonus Pay Out Structure: $250 – First Day; $250 – after three months.

You must remain in the designated position for the time intervals specified above to qualify for the bonus payout.
