Responsible for scheduling patients, precertification, insurance verification, charge entry and daily reconciliations, this position will wear many hats. Individuals who have found success in this role have had previous experience in medical coding, billing and/or pre-certification. The ideal candidate is tech savvy, self-motivated and works well independently and as part of a team. JOB SUMMARY:   Responsible for the organization, implementation, and ongoing management of the company’s clinical quality & performance improvement activities. Works in collaboration with the clinical services department and regional leadership to deliver best in class clinical quality and outcomes. This position will work to optimize clinical quality and outcomes via policy development, EMR utilization, & performance improvement activities across all RXH service lines. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the design, production, and evaluation of the organization’s clinical outcome reporting Oversight of the company’s performance improvement processes Responsible for the daily management, process improvement, and ongoing development of the company’s Electronic Medical Record, WoundDocs. Maintains and optimizes the organization EMR training program for all associates and providers Oversight of the company’s quality recognition award programs Performs other related duties as assigned ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Establishes specific programs to engender staff participation in the identification and recommendation to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness of operations and customer service.    Partners with divisional and regional leadership to ensure clinical delivery needs are met and interfaces with hospital contacts as necessary Serves as a clinical expert in facilitating training for new initiatives, as necessary. Support the implementation team with new center openings. Which includes onsite and virtual support and follow up Collaborates with Clinical Services & Training department to ensure integrity of clinical competencies across the organization.  Administer and uphold all the Company’s values and policies and procedures Continuously work towards the Company’s goal and vision Performs other duties as assigned   EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:   Educational: Registered Nurse, BSN, Master’s Degree Preferred Experience in leading clinical quality initiatives Experience using data and analytics to impact clinical and operational performance MS Excel proficiency, ability to work with multiple data inputs and create an analytical strategy for improvement  MS Office proficiency, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work well under pressure required.  Must have a current, valid, and unencumbered license, certificate or registration or credentialing as required. HBO Technician / EMT Certified   At RestorixHealth, our mission is simple…to restore health and improve the quality of life – and access to care – for patients with wounds.   We are looking for a dedicated HBO Technician (will train) / EMT Certified (required) candidate to provide Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to our referred patients. This technician conducts initial and ongoing age-specific assessments in designated time frames and provides therapy and hyperbaric chamber operations. The ideal technician provides outstanding customer service to patients, patient family members, referring physicians and coworkers. Clinical Nurse Manager- RN - Full Time   At RestorixHealth, our mission is simple…to restore health and improve the quality of life – and access to care – for patients with wounds.   We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to hire and train personnel, prepare monthly reports, and ensure compliance with all privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures within one of our Wound Healing centers. The Clinical Nurse Manager will supervise and oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the center-based employees, with oversight from the Program Director. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with the hospital’s different credentialing affiliations, as well as ensuring the policies of both the hospital and RXH are adhered to. The ideal candidate is dynamic, professional, with the ability to provide useful recommendations for process flow changes and better utilization of facilities, services, and staff. Assists in the implementation of established treatment programs in the use of wound dressing materials within the scope of practice.   Participates in patient education and demonstrates techniques to patients and caregivers enabling proper care at home. Maintains a daily record of treatments used and progress made, reports to the physician or nurse and assists in minor surgical procedures. Thoroughly and accurately recording all elements of patient visit, including but not limited to: wound assessment, lower extremity assessment and procedures. Appropriately applying basic medical terminology and techniques from training. Learning and abiding by HIPAA guidelines Participates in center committees, meetings, in-services and activities Communicates effectively and professionally with patients, visitors, physicians and co- workers. Participates in data collection activities to support performance improvement Reports observed or suspected safety violations, hazards and policy and procedure non- compliance to the safety coordinator or other designated person Assists with supply and equipment inventories to maintain stock level and availability Assist patients to the room observing policies, procedures and safety requirements and according to patient needs Prepares room according to requirements of patient and procedure to be performed Assembles and provides properly functioning equipment, supplies and instruments before start of procedure Assists with the proper and safe positioning of the patient Education and Technical Skills: High school graduate or GED certification CNA or MA with active license/certification in appropriate state (Diploma or degree from a Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant program; State Certification preferred but not required)  BLS AHA certification Language skills adequate for high-level written, interpersonal and telephone communication in American English Strong technical skills such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel  One (1) year in healthcare setting requiremed At RestorixHealth, we grow talent.
