About this Opportunity:

Regency Centers is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources team in our Jacksonville, Florida corporate office. The HR Business Partner will function as an internal consultant to departments in areas of HR including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement, training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Human Resources expert to effectively manage relationships with assigned teams in support of business objectives.
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to identify new and promotion talent for assigned teams.
  • Handle employee relations issues and support employee engagement initiatives for assigned teams.
  • Partner with other HR team members, hiring managers and office coordinators to effectively onboard new employees.
  • Keep current with general HR compliance developments, employment laws, etc.
  • Partner with other HRBPs to facilitate individual and group training in support of Regency’s strategic training objectives and department needs.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the HR team by actively participating in group projects and supporting other team members when necessary.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior related experience in a human resources function
  • Strong technical aptitude and intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to travel and work overtime as needed


  • Post-graduate degree or coursework in a relevant field
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification, or similar
