About this Opportunity:

Regency Centers is seeking a Senior Leasing Assistant to join our regional office located in Raleigh, North Carolina. This person will provide a wide variety of advanced level administrative support to the Leasing staff assisting with lease documentation and creation.  Provide advanced administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the leasing department.


Key Responsibilities:

Prepare all lease documents, modifications, proposals & correspondence; serve as an initial leasing point-of-contact for Regency properties by providing leasing information, pricing and marketing materials to prospective tenants and brokers.
Administrative accountability for the organization and workflow process for all leasing efforts.  
Assist team members with lease-related research, tracking key milestones/dates, Deal Connect, data entry, and other administrative actions including budget and forecasting input into internal forecasting platforms; field department calls while providing excellent customer service; create presentations, reports and other marketing material while serving as the liaison to the marketing department; manage social media platforms and center websites for redevelopments and A+ centers.
Operate personal computer and utilize a variety of software packages to prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, etc., and maintain leasing contact databases.
Provide other general administrative support to include filing, photocopying, arranging travel, maintaining calendars, completing expense reports, and other administrative tasks; assist with special assignments as necessary.
Attend local networking events with the Leasing Agent and/or Market Officers to build relationships with local tenants/brokers.
 
Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent preferred
3+ years of administrative or marketing experience
Prior experience with contract and/or lease documentation preferred
Notary public preferred
Basic understanding of contract language and real estate leasing operations preferred
Strong quantitative skills
Intermediate level proficiency with current Microsoft Word software specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as email and internet research functionality
Basic understanding of Placer preferred
