About this Opportunity:

Regency Centers is seeking a Transactions Analyst to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, Florida. The Transactions Analyst will be a part of the Transactions Department providing assistance in the execution of dispositions and acquisitions.  This person will work side by side the Transactions team providing due diligence to, and assisting with inquiries from, brokers / buyers.  The Transactions Analyst will be a key interface with external parties, including brokers and attorneys. This position is best suited for candidates with long-term aspirations to grow within REG, someone who is results-driven and someone who will represent the company with the highest level of tact and professionalism.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with facilitating and coordinating closing process between buyer and seller from beginning to end
  • Utilize and assist in maintaining databases which track disposition and other relevant activity
  • Breakdown and analyze operating statements and rent rolls
  • Provide assistance in preparing NOI analysis for REG properties
  • Liase between departments within REG throughout due diligence / closing process
  • Assist in proofing/reviewing of marketing materials from broker
  • Provide assistance in coordinating site visits for brokers, purchasers, lenders and any other third party
  • Creating and maintaining shared folder for seller to deliver due diligence documents to buyer
  • Provide assistance compiling due diligence materials to brokers and / or purchasers, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the materials
  • Prepare and deliver post closing tenant and / or vendor notices
  • Provide post-closing transaction assistance as needed
  • Must be able to multitask and maintain multiple open transactions simultaneously and meet required deadlines
  • Must maintain a high degree of customer service and integrity
  • Provide administrative support with mail, travel arrangements, and supplies
  • Process check requests
  • Answer incoming telephone calls - interact with high-level personnel and provide responsive solutions to inquiries, internally and externally
  • Prepare presentations for high-level meetings
  • Handle expense reports and invoice processing

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field or some college coursework completed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in the commercial real estate industry
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • Exceptionally strong Excel skills, with experience with pivot tables and complex formulas
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards and Argus software preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet, preferred, but not required
  • Strong financial skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively read and comprehend commercial real estate documents
