Job Summary: The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to plan, organize, and direct the completion of specific projects for Project HOME while ensuring these projects are completed on time, within budget, and achieve the desired outcome.  The successful project manager needs to have a combination of skills including asking penetrating questions, detecting unstated assumptions, resolving conflicts and good general management skills.  This position will work closely with the SVP of Accounting Finance & Administration and with the VP of Strategy & Impact.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·         Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of one or more projects

·         Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with the project team as well as other staff members

·         Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

·         Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring feasibility

·         Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

·         Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

·         Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques

·         Report and escalate to management as needed

·         Manage the relationship and communication with relevant stakeholders

·         Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy

·         Perform risk management to minimize potential risk

·         Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

·         Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

·         Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

·         Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels

·         Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

·         Schedule meetings in support of project activity

·         Use and continually develop leadership skills

·         Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

·         Perform other related duties as assigned

·         Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs

·         Display DEI competencies and support the DEI initiatives if Project HOME



·         Participates in regular quality and process improvement meetings with other clinic administrators and executive leadership

·         Document policies and procedures for the revenue cycle

·         Conduct training as needed

·         Respond to e-mails timely


Minimum Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         Three to five years’ experience in a related role

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

·         Experience with project management software tools


Preferred Qualifications

·         MBA or other advanced degree

·         Project Management Professional Certification
