ABOUT THE ROLE
Parker Poe is seeking a junior Associate with 0 to 2 years of law firm experience to assist in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in Raleigh, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting a variety of commercial contracts, including technology agreements, supply agreements, service agreements, development agreements, material transfer agreements, and data sharing agreements. Although the position would fall within our Intellectual Property Practice Group, prior IP experience is not required. We are looking for someone who has an interest in the life sciences industry and has exceptional drafting and analytical skills. State Bar of North Carolina licensure is preferred.
