Water Country - Security I

A Security team member should enjoy engaging with guests in a positive and friendly manner. The perfect candidate should have an eye for detail, a knack for problem solving and an ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Prior Security experience is a plus.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check all bags that enter the park and enforce all policies and procedures as needed  
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees
• Provide superior service to our guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Assist guests with all questions regarding the park, including facility layout and policies
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to communicate with guests in professional manner while enforcing park polices
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Recognizes and promptly communicates or remedies safety concerns
