Summary

This position is responsible for overall kitchen sanitation and organization, food preparation, and cooking according to recipe and appearance expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·         Maintain appropriate inventory levels, rotating as necessary

·         Properly prepare work station according to pictures and recipes, insuring neatness and appropriate levels are achieved

·         Accurately prepare food to appropriate temperature, proper garnishes, and ensure plated display is neat

·         Maintain fryer levels with test strips in a quick, neat, orderly fashion

·         Change fryer shortening as required by management

·         Assist with equipment cleaning: refrigerator, fryer, griddle, oven, freezer, food warmers, soda machine fountain, ice cream machines, and more

·         Perform duties to the standards set by ServSafe, NH Health Dept, and F&B Manager.  

Requirements

·         16 years or older

·         Able to communicate and receive direction/instructions in English

·         Able to stand on feet for prolonged periods of time, 5+ hours

·         Capable to operate in fast-pace, high temperature settings

·         Hair and Facial Hair must be covered with hair net

Additional Information

·         This position is Variable, offering 10-40 hours weekly

·         This position is over time eligible.
