Adventureland Park - Culinary Lead

Overview
The Culinary Team Member (seasonal or year-round position) will be
assigned oversight of the food preparation in one or more of the food service
areas throughout the park. This team member will collaborate with the Area
Manager to ensure proper cooking and serving techniques.

Essential Job Functions
·
Prepares
workstations with supplies, foods, and condiments
·
Prepares
proper quantities of food according to department standards and guest needs
·
Follows
recipes and procedures to prepare food
·
Maintains
service and hygienic practices
·
Cooking
utilizing ovens, fryers, broilers, griddles, mixers, and knives (age
restrictions apply)
·
Pre-portioning
or individually packaging sauces, sandwiches, salads, and other items
·
Operating
a point-of-sale system
·
Accurate handling of food related tickets,
coupons, gift cards, and fun money
Secondary Job Functions
·
Reports hygienic or maintenance issues in a timely
manner
·
Properly handles, labels, stocks, and stores
products including chemicals and cleaning supplies (age restrictions apply)
·
Protects guest belongings, turns in lost and
found items immediately
·
Cooperates with other departments to provide a positive
guest experience
·
Promptly notifies the security team or the manager
of team member and guest injuries or emergencies
·
Completes additional duties as assigned by
supervisors, managers, or directors
