The outgoing and service-oriented Games Team Members will be assigned to one of many games
or arcades located throughout the park. This position will include cash handling, issuing prizes, and
helping guests to ensure that everyone has a positive experience when visiting the amusement

Essential Job Functions
 Advertising of game via microphone usage
 Provides clear and accurate explanations of game rules or directions
 Accurate handling of credit cards and gift cards
 Monitors and stocks game prizes as needed
 Player encouragement but never assists the player in winning or tells them how to win
 Maintains game area in a neat, organized, and clean manner
Secondary Job Functions
 Promptly notifies supervisors and area managers if there is a guest complaint
 Promptly notifies supervisors and area managers if there is a maintenance issue with a game
 Protects guest belongings; turns in lost and found items immediately
 Cooperates with other departments to provide a positive guest experience
 Promptly notifies the security team or the operator of team member and guest injuries or
 Completes additional duties as assigned by supervisors, managers, or directors

Heavy physical workload and excessive bodily motions include but are not limited to:
Physical Requirements
 Constant repetitive motion
 Continually able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50lbs
 Constantly be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
 Frequent kneeling, bending, twisting motions
 Often squatting and crouching
 Sporadically able to work in confined spaces
 Consistently use hands to grasp, control, move objects/tools
 See differences between colors and brightness
 See details of objects that are more than a few feet away
This position has exposure to environmental factors that include but are not limited to:

 Ability to withstand heat and humidity
 Sporadically work in all areas of the property
 Is subject to frequent interruptions and may need to reprioritize activities
 Consistent communication with team members and other departments
 Able to tolerate exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals
