Overview
The outgoing and service-oriented Foods Team Member
will be assigned to one of the food service areas throughout the park. This position will include
multiple duties such as operating cash registers and serving park guests to ensure everyone has a
positive experience when visiting the amusement park.

Essential Job Functions
Prepares workstations with supplies, foods, and condiments
Prepares proper quantities of food according to department standards and guest needs
Maintains service and hygienic practices
Pre-portioning or individually packaging sauces, sandwiches, salads, and other items
Operating a point-of-sale system
Accurate handling of food related tickets, coupons, gift cards and fun money
Secondary Job Functions
Reports hygienic or maintenance issues in a timely manner
Properly handles, labels, stocks, and stores products including chemicals and cleaning
supplies (age restrictions apply)
Protects guest belongings; turns in lost and found items immediately
Cooperates with other departments to provide a positive guest experience
Promptly notifies the security team or the manager of team member and guest injuries or
emergencies
Completes additional duties as assigned by supervisors, managers, or directors
Heavy physical workload and excessive bodily motions include but are not limited to:
Physical Requirements
Constant repetitive motion
Continually able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
Constantly be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
Frequent kneeling, bending, twisting motions
Often squatting and crouching
Sporadically able to work in confined spaces
Consistently use hands to grasp, control, move objects/tools
See differences between colors and brightness
See details of objects that are more than a few feet away
This position has exposure to environmental factors that include but are not limited to:

Ability to withstand heat and humidity
Sporadically work in all areas of the property
Is subject to frequent interruptions and may need to reprioritize activities
Consistent communication with team members and other departments
Subject to the handling of and exposure to oils, chemicals, detergents, and cleaners

Able to tolerate exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals
Is subject to exposure to bloodborne pathogens
