Splish Splash - Admissions Supervisor

Admissions Supervisors supervise all of our entrance and exit gates, and ticket booth operations. They also ensure smooth entry and exit for all customers. Great customer service is a must. This position requires long periods of standing while working in a fast pace environment with exposure to all weather elements including sunlight and hot temperatures. Must be able to lead, train, coach, and assist as well as effectively communicate policies, procedures, and up-to-date information to Team Members. Ensure proper procedures and policies are being adhered to by the admissions team members. Supervise the daily services, check-in, opening, and closing of the park’s Cabanas on a daily basis while ensuring guest satisfaction. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older.
