Splish Splash - Parking Supervisor

Parking Lot Supervisor (18+) 

Supervise parking lot operations and ensure the smooth process of parking cars. Take payment for parking tolls, train and coach team members, and maintain parking lots. Previous supervisor/management experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities: 
Ensure the smooth process of parking cars 
Follow procedures accurately when handling money at parking toll booths 
Be able to train and coach team members 
Ensure the parking lot is clean 
Enforce and follow the safety procedures when directing cars 
Assist guests with comments, suggestions, or complaints
Perform other job related duties as assigned  

Requirements:
Must be able to inspire and lead the team to achieve results 
Communicate clearly written and verbally 
Take initiative and execute plans to accomplish objectives 
Must be able to handle multiple priorities

Skills and Qualifications:
Must be able to stand for long periods of times 
Must be able to read, write, and understand the English language 
Good problem solving skills 
Cash-handling skills 
Good interpersonal skills 
Previous supervisor experience preferred
