Location: 2559 Consulate Dr. Orlando, FL 32819 

Pay:$18.43 per hour

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, hours subject to change based on the needs of the business 

Employment Logistics: 

As a Supervisor for OnTrac, your leadership is essential in guiding a team of dedicated warehouse staff toward achieving daily targets and maintaining high standards of productivity, accuracy, and safety.

The Must-Haves: 

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; college degree preferred
• Demonstrated administrative and leadership experience
• Strong understanding of HUB Operations
• Industry experience; or less with military experience
• Minimum of 6 months experience in Small Package Sorting or conveyor systems experience preferred
• Minimum of 6 months experience in pricing and data analytics preferred
• Intermediate computer and math skills utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Your Mission in Motion:

• Develop and implement procedures that optimize warehouse time and efficiencies
• Create work policies to enhance safety and time management
• Ensure local and corporate KPI’s are being met while providing senior management with timely operational reviews and reports
• Directly supervise employees; including hiring, training, developing, and disciplining of employees
