Job Summary:

Reporting to the Talent Leader/HRBP the HR Intern will support our Corporate HR team. In this role you will have the opportunity to learn about HR systems and operational processes while owning projects that enhance and improve our teammate experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the HR team to provide input on the HR processes and projects.
  • Day to day support for benefits, payroll, recruitment, and HRIS processes
  • Support internal HR communications and information for the organization.
  • Data and systems maintenance in support of stability and data/information accuracy
  • Opportunity to support other HR projects based on interest – including but not limited to: DEI, Training & Development, Policy & Procedure, Talent Management
  • Assist with Recruitment marketing and social media content creation
  • Help maintain recruitment dashboard and reporting across all locations
  • Assist with billing and invoicing
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a program pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Baseline knowledge of foundational HR concepts. Prior full-time or internship experience a plus.
  • Exhibits integrity, professionalism, objectivity, and ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical decision-making skills including the ability to accurately interpret and synthesize data.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and the Office suite of programs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Continuous learning growth mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
