Hours: 7AM - 7PM

The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor is an invaluable member of our Maintenance team directing the work of maintenance technicians, identifying parts needed for upcoming work and inventory, and scheduling the workflow through all parts of the department.

Industrial Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to

-Work alongside production leadership to assist operations teammates in maintaining machine efficiencies.

-Work with the planner/scheduler to assure all parts used in the processing maintenance functions are ordered and inventoried.

-Confirm that team’s quality of work is performed at the highest level on every job to ensure that that MTBF meets or exceeds department goals.

Industrial Maintenance Supervisor Requirements 

-High School Diploma required

-5-7+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience required

-3-5+ years of Supervisory experience required

-Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred
