Position Overview:
Cardinal O’Hara High School is seeking a mature and upbeat professional who will support our administration, staff, faculty, students, and families. The highly ethical and experienced team-player should possess a strong sense of integrity and desire to support all of the efforts of the school.

Reporting directly to the Principal, this person will be responsible for providing high-end customer service to the entire school community. This is a part-time, 10-month position.

Responsibilities
Responsible for being knowledgeable and to implement the mission of Cardinal O’Hara HS.
Maintain a good working relationship with Administration, Faculty, and Staff, as well as, the students and families of Cardinal O’Hara HS.
Stay up-to-date on current school happenings and the school calendar in order to answer any questions that might arise, and to share the appropriate information when needed.
Interacts and participates in the school community by attending games, shows, and other school events.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or as an administrative assistant.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, work efficiently, juggle tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and achieve goals.
Strong motivation skills
Ability to work productively and positively with staff, alumni, and community
Must be flexible and able to handle constant interruptions, and be open to helping other offices as needed.
