Marketing Communications Intern

Nordfab introduced Quick-Fit® clamp-together ductwork, with its unique rolled edge ends and easy-to-use clamps, in 1990. As well as being the originator, Nordfab is the industry leader, and the world’s largest manufacturer of clamp-together ducting for industrial ventilation. Our ducting is an integral part of dust, mist, and fume collection systems around the world.

• A $5.5 million expansion project adding 55,000 square feet of production and warehouse space, completed in spring 2023

• The addition of a 1+ megawatt rooftop solar array, completed in summer 2023

• The imminent launch of Nordfab Now, an initiative which will allow us to ship the majority of our products sold the day after order placement

As Marketing Communications Intern you will
Assist with photography and videography.
Assist with posting messages to social media.
Assist with maintaining data in content management system (website) and product information management system.
Assist with user access to Nordfab sales tools.
Assist with packing tradeshows and completion of booth services forms. Print marketing collateral for tradeshow shipments.
Assist with proofreading documents prior to publication.
Other Marketing Communications duties as needed.

Skills required:
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign. Premiere Pro experience a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. 
Attention to detail. Well-organized. Friendly manner, will assist customers with sign-in issues via phone or Teams.
