Inside Sales & Marketing Representative

As an Inside Sales and Marketing Representative, you must be professional, with an engaging personality and possess the ability to function well in both a team environment and independently. You must be highly detail-oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Our employees are the key to our continued success, and we are committed to providing training and opportunities for advancement.

$18-$19 per hour plus bonus.

Requirements:

• Computer proficiency – including social media and word processing
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze information effectively
• Ability to learn and explain features, benefits, and technical aspects of our product line
• Strong writing skills

Responsibilities:

• Answering and scheduling inbound inquiries about pricing and service
• Processing qualified applicants and establishing new accounts in our back-office systems 
• Working closely with the customer service, billing, and sales teams to ensure exceptional customer service
• Scheduling, writing, and posting social media content
