Resident Service Technician to Certified Nursing Assistant Program

 

St. Ann’s Community is currently offering 4 weeks of CNA training. We have partnered with Monroe Community College to provide a paid training to become a Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA).

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to start their career in the healthcare world and work for the largest not-for-profit nursing home in Rochester.

St. Ann’s Community Offers:

Candidate Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Customer Service experience
  • Previous Elder care experience is a plus

Job Descriptions:

 

RST (Resident Service Technician) Duties

  • Light housekeeping
  • Assisting with meals and activities
  • Light cooking may be required
  • Light housekeeping
  • Engaging in meaningful interactions with Elders

 

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Duties

  • Assisting Elders with daily living such as bathing, toileting, eating and other activities
  • Following care plan to address Elder needs
  • Monitoring Elder conditions and reporting any changes to team lead
  • Engaging in meaningful interactions with Elders
