St. Ann’s Community is looking for an outstanding communicator with strong leadership skills to act as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. The purpose of this position is to serve as a primary resource to the President/CEO while providing administrative support to the Sr. VP of HR.
 

The most significant role of this individual is managing the day to day operations of the CEO office. This person will possess exceptional organizational and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong leadership skills are essential as this individual will oversee the Executive Assistant who provides support to the other members of the Senior Leadership team.

Job Description:

  • Assume the lead in projects/initiatives coming from the CEO’s office either independently or in collaboration with other leaders
  • Performs all administrative duties for the President/CEO in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provides secondary administrative support to the Sr. VP of HR
  • Coordinates meetings led by the President such as Board meetings, Board Committee meetings, and all other meetings led by the President
  • Plans for and orders food and beverage needs for meetings
  • Opens incoming mail, maintains files, answers telephones, greets and announces callers to the President appropriately screening each
  • Maintains President’s calendar and schedules appointments and meetings
  • Produces designated reports by tracking, researching and compiling information, and when needed, performs analysis of the data
  • Arranges all travel reservations and accommodations for the President
  • Maintains daily scheduling of conference rooms and the Board room
  • Reviews and edits Minutes of Board/Committee meetings
  • Conducts annual Performance Appraisal, with the appropriate VP, for the Executive Assistant
  • Supervises the Executive Assistant who supports the Vice Presidents of St. Ann’s Community
  • May take on interim or permanent supervision of various support functions as needed
  • At the direction of the President & CEO and/or the Sr. VP of HR, will lead projects/initiatives independently or in collaboration with other leaders
  • At the direction of the President & CEO and/or the Sr. VP of HR, will serve as liaison between the President’s office and various committees of the organization

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ of C – level experience
  • Previous work in healthcare, specifically Senior Care, or a Non-for-profit highly preferred
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
