St. Ann’s Community is currently looking for a Staffing Coordinator for the Cherry Ridge location located on the Webster Campus. The Primary focus of this position is to adequately meet the staffing requirements of each unit within St. Ann’s & The Heritage.

Job Description:

  • Schedules staff to meet established staffing requirements throughout St. Ann’s Home and The Heritage for Supervisors, floor staff, floats and per diem staff.
  • Assists Nurse managers of Nursing Services, Nursing Care Coordinators and Supervisors to fill vacancies by contacting all Per Diem, Regulars, and Agencies to meet minimum staffing requirements
  • Updates Managers of Nursing Services and Nursing Care Coordinator of any call ins
  • Maintains tracking sheet of all nursing staff who have called to fill vacancies
  • Assists in the completion of E-time Nursing Staff as assigned
  • Coordinates scheduling of paid time off in coordination with Managers of Nursing services
  • Monitors Nursing License/Registration renewals
  • Maintains Nursing staff records
  • Covers the responsibilities of Nursing Administrative Secretary during periods of absence
  •  Prepares folders for orientees.
  • Complete data for days on the Daily Actual 24hr. staffing report

Candidate Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum of 2 years staff scheduling experience Preferred
