Function
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the client onboarding and configuration of Logicpath software applications, ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction and maintaining high productivity. They will establish the project plan, manage overall timeline, identify risks and coordinate with Logicpath technical resources to ensure timely project deliverables. The Implementation Specialist will work with various client profiles and use cases with various complexities or features/functionality of clients.
Responsibilities
Guide clients through Logicpath’s cash management application set up to include hierarchical, business rules, data loading and data validation
Work with clients to facilitate sustainable processes for continuous data integrity
Understand client's business processes relative to cash management to determine appropriate application configurations
Maintain complete and accurate client notes and interactions for each client within each project
Skills and Experience
Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
Proactive, analytical individual with strong attention to detail and problem solving
Persuasive communication skills, with a professional and personable manner.
Project Management experience
Client advocate who works with clients to identify best practices for application configuration
Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and communications skills (written and oral)
Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Bachelor’s Degree, minimum
Lifting/Environmental Requirements
Ability to sit at a computer for 8 hours or more
Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more
Must be able to work core hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM), unless otherwise prearranged
Ability to work at the main office, home, on the road, or in a satellite location, as directed by management.
