Job summary:

The laboratory of Dr. Benjamin Schmiedel at the La Jolla Institute for Immunology (LJI), La Jolla, CA is looking for a talented and motivated Postdoctoral Researchers to join our efforts in the fields of genetics, immunology and single cell genomics. We are employing cutting-edge methods (single-cell RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, etc.) to better our understanding of the regulation of gene expression in human immune cells, and aim to identify novel options for diagnostics and treatment of autoimmune diseases.

Qualified Candidates should have:

Background in genomics, gene regulation, human immunology, mouse models.
