As an Advertising Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, acting as the primary coordinator for advertising campaigns. You'll be the linchpin between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of advertising solutions. Your responsibilities will include:


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process of advertising campaigns, including sending out daily Revenue to Goal reports and tracking sales rep performance metrics such as actives, revenue, and revenue goal achievement.
  2. Digital Advertising Proficiency: Possess a basic understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google, Meta (formerly Facebook), and Programmatic campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  3. Marketing and Branding Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising campaigns with overall branding and marketing strategies. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign effectiveness.
  4. Customer Interaction: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  5. Revenue Analysis: Investigate invoice questions and discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial transactions related to advertising initiatives.
  6. Data Management: Pull advertising information on request, such as historical data on client advertising spend, former contract levels, and tactics used, to support sales efforts and client meetings effectively.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in advertising sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

Salary and Benefits:


This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development and advancement.
